I bought this mango from the market yesterday and needed to use it asap before it went over ripe. Goedemorgen iedereen. De zon komt langzaam door de mist heen. Het wordt een mooie dag. Ik heb er al heel wat opzitten. Vandaag fietste ik mee als begeleiding voor mijn zoon zijn klas ( straks moet ik ze ook weer ophalen ). Daarna snel door gefietst naar de sportschool. Net mijn Crossfitt les nog gehaald. Thuis even relaxt deze heerlijke smoothiebowl gegeten ( havermelk vanille, halve scoop aardbeien proteïne, handje blauwe bessen en 1 el magere kwark ). Nu maar eens onder de douche springen, boodschappen doen, straks de klas weer ophalen en zo gaan we maar weer door. Hopelijk heb ik straks nog even rustig momentje voor mijzelf. You guys, I’m SO ready for fall/winter! I honestly can’t wait until I hysterically can sing along with old Christmas songs again 🙊While doing my first groceries after visiting NY I felt like a kid in a candy store, buying all the kale and pumpkins! 🍁🎃🍄YAS! Oh and what about having a warm porridge every single morning, because it’s so cold outside? ❄️The only thing that is still in my routine (maybe because the temperature is still quite ok over here) is my summer oats porridge. I’m still LOVING this oat recipe so much (you can find the ‘’recipe’’ on my YouTube channel, it’s in the video: "easy summer vegan meal prep". Normally I mix all the cacao nibs and almond slices in the porridge, but I wanted to show you guys today how it would look like if I would eat like a normal IG foodie🙄 Oooh and guess what I did? Instead of using almond milk I made my OWN coconut milk. Feeling really cool about it although it’s so ridiculously simple. It's SUPER EASY and such an AMAZING plant-based milk. Try it for yourself: 💫2cups filtered water 💫1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes such as this one: amzn.to/2xItQBx 💫 optional some cinnamon Put them all in your blender, I used my @vitamix for this and blend on high for about 1 minute. I did not even bother to strain the milk #lazy. Store in a Weck jar or Mason jar and BOOM, milk! I finish this portion normally in 1 or 2 days, but you could keep it for much longer (like 4-5 days). Coconut milk gives a simple porridge such as this one so much extra flavor. #thegreencreator #realfood #cleaneats #homemadeaf
